Please give at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a fee.

Invoices are sent upon completion of service (unless prepaid). Payment is due within 24 hours. We accept e-transfer, credit/debit via Stripe, and cash (on request).

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property, a cancellation fee may apply.

Our team is fully insured. We’re careful, but we can’t clean fragile or high-risk items (e.g., antique chandeliers, valuable artwork) unless agreed in writing.
